Fats are an important part of a daily food intake, there are number of fat sources, Saturated fat which are classed as bad fats, Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated which are classed as good fats. We should also try and keep our saturated fat intake to a minimum and our monounsaturated and polyunsaturated are the fats we should always look at consuming
