Lose Body Fat Diet Plan

The following diet is based on a 140lb /10 stone Female.

We advise that you consume between 2 and 4 ltrs of water per day. If you are a heavy coffee/tea drinker you should increase your fluid intake due to the diuretic effect of caffeine. By increasing your water intake you will be ensuring your body and muscles are hydrated which lead to peak performance, health and recovery.

We have added a timetable to the meals but these can be adjusted to suit your lifestyle as required.

You may use this as gauge for other body weights by adjusting the protein and carbohydrates values by the following.

For example if you were a 192lb / 13.10 stone female you would consume the following.
These values are approximates.
182g Protein
211g Carbohydrates .
17g Fats
1725 Calories
 
To allow for the adjustments of body weights you can easily plus or minus the required amounts by utilising the Dynamix Range of products we have already incorporated into the diet, or by increasing the chosen food groups suggested.

We would recommend adding our thermogenic fat loss formula Thermoblend to aid with the fat loss process. If you would prefer not to have a stimulant effect product you can choose to use CLA1000.

Meal 1 7:00am
2-3 boiled or poached eggs.
2 pieces of brown toast
1 glass of 100% orange juice.

Meal 2 10:00am
1 scoop of Dynamix Fast Break.

 

Meal 3 1:00pm
100 grams of lean beef or skinless chicken or tuna.
50 grams brown rice.
Salad and an apple or a kiwi fruit.


Meal 4 4:00pm
1 scoop of Dynamix Fruit Blast Whey.
2 x rice cakes.

You will then Train.
We would like to add that you should always include cardiovascular exercise within your training routines to ensure most importantly good health and quality gains are achieved.
Dynamix advice would be to add at least 30-40 minutes before every training session

 

Meal 5 6:00pm
Post workout shake 1 scoop of Dynamix Fruit Blast Whey.
Half a tin of pineapple.


Meal 6 7:00pm
Post workout meal.
100 grams of lean beef, chicken or fish.
50g Brown rice and green vegetables.
