Returns Policy

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition with tamper seal unbroken for the item to be returned. This will be at a cost to you the customer. Your must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.

1.Please email info@dynamixnutrition.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Items cannot be returned if they are opened or damaged

Items cannot be returned after the 7 day period

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.

We will not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order if the restocking is on your request or fault of your own.

If the item was attempted to be delivered and you failed to sign or pick up from your local delivery depot a 10% restocking charge will be applied upon the item being returned to Dynamix.

Cancelations

If you wish to cancel your order we will provide a full refund minus delivery and 10% restocking fee on return of the products. Cancelations of orders will only be accepeted with 24hrs of the order being placed. The products will be required to be in original packaging and in re sellable condition.A 10% restocking will be charged and delivery return cost will be paid by the customer. You will receive a refund minus the original delivery and 10% restocking fee.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product due to a mistake by yourself when you placed the order you will not be charged a restocking fee but you will still have to pay the re shipping and return cost.

Damaged Goods

If your goods are damaged on delivery this must be noted when the delivery person is present, please ensure a digital picture is taken of the damage whilst the Delivery persons are present. If damaged is reported after the driver has left no refund or replacement will be issued, although we do work with all of our customers to try and resolve any issues to show commitment to all of our customers.
