We thought it would be a good idea to highlight some common questions asked by our customers.

How long does my order take to be delivered ?

We will send out all orders that are placed before 12 Lunch time the same day for next day delivery.If your order is placed after this time you will receive it within 48 hours except on Fridays as order are not sent on this day.

What will happen if my order arrives damaged?

As long as you report it when the delivery person is present and images are taken as proof we will replace you item.

What happens if I do not like the product I have purchased?

We are confident this will not happen, we offer supplement samples of our range so these can be purchased to save you making this mistake.

Can I change my product if I have opened it and realise it is the wrong item ?

Unfortunately if this is a error by you the customer you are responsible to ensure your order is correct,we will not replace the item without a charge being incurred. If it is a error by Dynamix we will replace the item and you will not be charged. We always try to resolve these issues in the interest of our customers.

Can I get advice before I buy ?

Yes we would prefer you to know everything you need to know about our products before you buy so please call or email us.
