Lose Body Fat Diet Plan

The following diet is based on a 196lb /14 stone Male.

We advise that you consume between 3 and 5 ltrs of water per day. If you are a heavy coffee/tea drinker you should increase your fluid intake due to the diuretic effect of caffeine. By increasing your water intake you will be ensuring your body and muscles are hydrated which lead to peak performance, health and recovery.

We have added a timetable to the meals but these can be adjusted to suit your lifestyle as required.

You may use this as gauge for other body weights by adjusting the protein and carbohydrates values by the following.

Approximately

1.9g of Protein per 1lb of body weight.
1.2g of Carbohydrates per 1lb of body weight.

For example if you were a 220lb / 15.10 stone male you would consume the following.

We would recommend adding our thermogenic fat loss formula Thermoblend to aid with the fat loss process. If you would prefer not to have a stimulant effect product you can choose to use CLA1000.
 
Meal 1 7:00am
1 scoop of Dynamix Whey with 300ml water or skimmed milk.
Omelette using 6 egg whites.
2 pieces of brown toast with 2 table spoons of peanut butter.
1 glass of 100% orange juice.

Meal 2 10:00am
1 scoop Dynamix Whey Protien.
40 grams of Dynamix Complex Carb.
5 grams of Dynamix creatine monohydrate.
Half a tin of pineapple in its own natural juice.

 
Meal 3 1:00pm
250 grams of lean beef or skinless chicken or tuna.
75 grams in carbohydrates of brown rice.
Salad and an apple or a kiwi fruit.


Meal 4 4:00pm
1 scoop Dynamix Whey Protein.
40 grams of Dynamix Complex Carbs.
3 x rice cakes.

You will then Train.
We would like to add that you should always include cardiovascular exercise within your training routines to ensure most importantly good health and quality gains are achieved.
Dynamix advice would be to add at least 30-40 minutes before every training session

 

Meal 5 6:00pm
Post workout shake 1 scoop of Whey Protein.
25 grams of Dynamix Complex Carb.
5 grams of Dynamix creatine monohydrate.


Meal 6 7:00pm
Post workout meal.
250 grams of lean beef, chicken or fish.
75 grams of carbohydrates from Brown rice
green vegetables.

Meal 7 10:00pm
Before bed 1 scoop of Dynamix ProPlex.
